A solid-wood case for twenty child-resistant jars, a walnut rolling tray, and everything that usually lives in a shoebox. Built in a small shop in Bend, and finished so it can sit next to the turntable instead of under the bed.

This isn't an illustration made to look technical. It's the model the parts get cut from, captured hidden-line — every dimension below is read straight off it.

The sheet ships in the lid: the drawing, the wood it was cut from, and how to keep the finish right. Most things you buy hide how they were made. This one hands it to you.

What it actually does

Every jar

Child-resistant,
one at a time

Not one lock on a box — twenty individually certified closures. The case can sit out in a room with people in it and still be the responsible thing on the shelf.

The tray

Walnut,
and it slides back

A solid walnut rolling tray that slides back on its rails — 2.750 in of travel — with a sweep channel cut into the far edge. What you sweep goes through the plug and into the kief jar. Nothing is wasted and nothing is on the table.

The details

Grinder pocket,
magnets, inlay

A recess sized to your grinder, pockets for a lighter and papers, eight rare-earth magnets holding the tray flat, and a gold-to-silver ridge inlaid into the lid.

Lastlight Goods is a small shop in Bend, Oregon. Cases are cut, assembled, finished and inlaid here — the same way every time, because the drawing doesn't change and the jig doesn't move.
